Client Context
Nigeria faces one of the highest burdens of obstetric fistula globally. While government and donor efforts support medical treatment, stronger private sector engagement was required to mobilise resources for rehabilitation and reintegration services.

The engagement included:
• National and state-level mapping of private sector organisations
• Strategic engagement with corporate and philanthropic actors
• Facilitation of national and state stakeholder consultations
• Development of a national framework to guide private sector engagement

• Final project report with recommendations

Engagement Outcome
